Share: Challenge description OBJECTIVE: The challenge aims to create positive change and/or improve lifestyles within the military and civilian community. The challenge is accessible to all, which means that regardless of health status or fitness level, it is possible to participate and improve one's overall health. DESCRIPTION: From May 3 to 30, 2021, you will need to increase the number of minutes you spend doing physical activity while reducing the amount of time spent sitting (work, television). In addition, you can participate in as many activities as possible that contribute to your overall health (health promotion webinar, leisure activities, meditation, etc.) Several activities will be offered throughout the month. You can also do some activities of your choice. To increase your motivation, Fitness, Health Promotion and Recreation will suggest challenges to complete each week. It's up to you to participate! Each activity/challenge completed will get you points (1 activity = 1 point). The goal will be to accumulate as many points as possible by the end of May and reach one of the reward levels (bronze, silver, gold, platinum.) Each level will be associated with a point interval. Prizes will be up for grabs and will be more and more interesting depending on the level reached. A computerized "tracker" system has been developed to allow you to enter your activities and thus count your points (instructions to come).
