4 Wing RV Storage Compound
The RV Compound was established on September 1, 1989 in order to provide secure, permanent Recreational Vehicle storage facilities to all Defence Team Members of 4 Wing Cold Lake.
Sites in the RV Compound are available to Military and Civilian Personal accordingly as designated in the Allocation Priority. The Priority for Allocation of Sites will be as follows:
Priority 1 - Occupants of Single Quarters (SQs)
Priority 2 - Military Members living in Residential Housing Units (RHUs)
Priority 3 – DND and NPF Employees of 4 Wing living in RHUs
Priority 4 – Military Members Employed at 4 Wing who are not occupants of RHUs or SQs
Priority 5 – DND and NPF Employees of 4 Wing who are not occupants of RHUs or SQs
Priority 6 – Retired Military members who are residing in the geographical area of Cold Lake
Priority 5 and 6 sites will only be renewed if space allows.
All items in the RV Compound must have valid insurance. If under the homeowners insurance policy, there must be a cover page from the insurance company stating that it is indeed on the specified policy and that it states the insurance company knows the whereabouts of the parked item(s) RV Compound located at 4 Wing Cold Lake.
Members who have not completed the renewal process will not have access to the RV Compound after 29 May 2020. A late fee of $5 per site will apply beginning 1 June 2020 increasing to $20 per site after 30 June 2020. There is also a $5 card replacement fee for any access cards that are damaged or missing.
For those currently deployed, we still require you to complete our online submission form prior to the aforementioned deadline. If you are unable to do so, please contact JoAnn Gervais at Gervais.Joann@cfmws.com.
Please note, we will be updating our key access list on Tuesday, August 25th, 2020; any members who have not renewed their site or have not submitted up to date insurance documents, will be removed and denied access until we receive a renewal request.
