It’s time to Eat Better with the #P4Challenge! For this 4-week block of the Challenge, we’re going to focus on building food skills, providing new options for nutritious choices and encouraging social connectedness through food.

Canada’s Food Guide says that healthier eating is more than just the food that we consume. It’s also about sharing the experience with others, increasing cooking skills and immersing yourself in the experience of preparing food and eating it.
For each photo submitted, you receive an entry into the prize draw! $100 weekly, $300 monthly and a $1000 grand prize draw available!* Thank you to our sponsor Bank of Montreal for making this possible!
- Each week, we will post TWO recipes on social media (@4WingConnection on Facebook and @4WingHealthPromotion on Instagram) and send it to registered participants.
- Try the recipes and take a photo of you enjoying it either on your own or with family/friends
- Post your photo on social media (Facebook or Instagram) using #P4Challenge, submit to 4WGHealthPromotion@forces.gc.ca or submit online.
