FORCE Performance Program

The Force Performance class is designed for those who have a goal of achieving bronze or higher on the Force Test.
Any inquiries regarding fitness classes and FORCE testing can be sent to Ashley Stewart, Fitness & Sports Coordinator.
A combination of weightlifting, cardiovascular training, body weight exercises and specific movements used in the Force Test.
