To improve swimming and first aid skills of youth ages 10-15 years old. Many children in this age group tend to leave swimming until they are old enough to complete the Bronze awards or National Lifeguard course. Our goal is to provide a program to keep them in the pool and prepare them to succeed in future courses. They will work on swimming skills, first aid knowledge and learn some lifesaving sport activities. All designed to familiarize participants with lifesaving equipment and improve fitness skills. Some examples of events are Rope Throw, Manikin Carry, Obstacle Swim, etc.
