Currently counselling sessions are provided by telephone or virtually via Zoom Telehealth. In-person sessions can be arranged for clients who do not have private access to a phone or computer and in those cases, we follow Covid-19 regulations and cleaning guidelines. Masks are mandatory.
There are many reasons to seek counselling:
Our counsellors are trained professionals with experience in counselling, family and peer support, and crisis intervention. We see spouses, children, siblings, parents of a CAF member. All sessions and your information are confidential. Evening appointments are available upon request.

Most issues can be addressed within ten sessions, however if you and your counsellor feel you would benefit from longer term counselling, we will refer you to a community agency for that support.
