YTC - Youth Training Course
Youth Training Course goes virtual!
‘Training’ goes far beyond ‘working-out’. Physical fitness comes in many forms. Youth (12-17 years) will listen, participate, understand, and remember key messages and learn the basics skills needed for building a fit, healthy body and a movement-filled life both inside and outside the school gym, sports arena, and fitness club. Successful course completion allows youth to use CFB Kingston weight room and cardio room equipment.
