Summer Aquatics - Swim Lessons

Red Cross Swim Lessons teach kids how to swim. However, they also teach kids many other lifelong skills. Learning to swim increases a child's self-esteem; it improves their mood, strengthens their self-confidence to take on new challenges and teaches them to cope with stressful situations. Learning to swim also opens the doors to exciting future opportunities (such as kayaking, surfing, scuba diving, water skiing, and sailing), reducing fear of water - decreasing anxiety and stress around swimming pools and beaches. The best part is swimming provides a FUN, full-body workout - engaging kids in positive, physically activity without them even knowing it. Register for Red Cross Swim Lessons today!
