Share: How to Book A Facility Here are step by step instructions how to request/book a facility. Book a Facility Please note the following when making a booking: Effective Monday July 20, all facility booking requests must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. We will review all requests for facility bookings during our normal working hours, which are 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday. If you wish to book a weekend session, please ensure you submit your request no later than 3pm on Friday. Bookings made after this time frame will not be approved. Individuals will be able to add an extension of one hour to their current booking if availability allows. To do so, follow the procedures listed below: Step 1: Check for availability at the front desk at the end of your original booking. Step 2: front desk staff will initiate your booking extension by one hour (you can only extend once per day). Step 3: Enjoy your workout.
