Some of the collection points include:

  • The Community Centre Building 93 | The Valcartier Military Family Resource Centre in Valcartier
    • Absence Support Counsellors can assist you in preparing packages Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm. We remind you that it’s best to make an appointment.
    • The building can be open in the evening, but it is preferable to call the absence and support counsellor to confirm the schedules.
    • The building is not open on holidays and will also be closed in the evening during the summer months.
    • All the materials necessary to prepare your package are available onsite.
  • The Valcartier Military Family Resource Centre’s satellite office in Quebec City
    • Open from Monday to Wednesday, 8 :30 am to 12:00pm and 1:00pm to 4:30pm.
    • We recommend calling beforehand: 418-649-6505.
    • Please bring your own box for your package.

Your package must be identified with the Canada Post form, the recipient's address and a summary label of the package contain.
